We have an awesome opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in the newly established role of Contract Services Administrator. 


With a stellar and intensifying line-up of entertainment and corporate events across the DVML managed venues, this is a role which will see the successful applicant working in an innovative and dynamic workplace.  Reporting through to the Contract Services Manager in our Asset and Compliance Team, this position is responsible for providing effective administrative support and co-ordination for DVML's many contracts and contractors by:


  • Monitoring and allocating work orders
  • Supporting the contract preparation, tender and award process 
  • Reporting and monitoring of supplier performance against contract requirements
  • Establishing and maintaining effective systems, processes and controls 
  • Developing strong relationships, particularly with colleagues and contractors
  • Completing general administrative duties, including support for meetings, document preparation and some financial administrative duties such as completing quotes and raising purchase orders

This is a permanent role which will need to be worked over all five days of the week.   For the right applicant, we may be able to accommodate a slightly shorter working week and are open to receiving applications from people who are interested in working anywhere between 30 - 40 hours per week.


We are looking for someone with previous experience in a contract management administration role and who has:

  • A positive, friendly and professional customer service ethos and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office (ideally with Office 365), and be a guru in word and outlook, and experienced with excel
  • Awesome written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to listen well
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, you'll be the person who spots and fixes mistakes
  • Good with numbers, you'll be able to prepare quotes and invoices
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities while driving outcomes
